Role Description The Landscaper role is a full-time, on-site position based in Clover, SC. The crew will meet at one location daily and take comoany transportation from there. Responsibilities include performing routine landscape maintenance such as mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and seasonal clean-up for commercial and residential properties. The role involves planting and caring for trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns, as well as operating and maintaining landscaping tools and equipment safely. The Landscaper will assist with irrigation system checks, minor repairs, and watering schedules, and may support basic landscape design layout and installation. Daily tasks also include following safety guidelines, working collaboratively with team members, and interacting professionally with clients and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Landscaping and Landscape Maintenance for routine property care and improvement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Gardening for planting, pruning, and general plant care.
- Candidates should possess skills in Irrigation for system monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and water management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Design to assist with layouts, plant selections, and installation plans.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and power equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers).
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing or walking.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Clover, SC worksite.
- Prior landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn on the job is valued.
