ProGreen Turf & Landscape is seeking a Landscape Sales Designer to join our growing team in Eastern North Carolina. This role combines landscape design, client consultation, and sales, focusing on high-end residential and commercial projects.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in landscaping, outdoor design, construction sales, or horticulture who is looking to grow their income and career.Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to evaluate properties and understand project goalsDesign and present custom landscape plans (plantings, hardscapes, drainage, etc.)Prepare estimates and proposals using company systems (LMN or similar)Close sales and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate with production teams to ensure successful project executionConduct site visits and follow-ups as neededQualificationsExperience in landscape design, landscaping, construction, or outside salesStrong knowledge of plants, grading, drainage, irrigation, or hardscapesAbility to read and create landscape designs (CAD experience is a plus)Excellent communication and customer service skillsProven ability to close sales and manage client relationshipsValid driver’s licenseCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionHigh earning potential ($60,000 – $100,000+ depending on performance)Company vehicle or vehicle allowancePaid time off and holidaysCareer growth opportunities within a fast-growing companySupport from estimating, design, and production teamsAbout ProGreen LandscapingProGreen Landscaping is a rapidly growing company specializing in high-end landscape design, installation, and maintenance.
