We are currently seeking full-time Landscape Mowing Technicians through our Brookfield, WI branch location for our Landscape Maintenance Department (LMD). This role offers the opportunity for personal and professional growth, collaboration with industry experts, and the chance to work on hands-on, outdoor projects. This is full-time year-round employment. During the winter we do snow removal, industry related training, and complete various maintenance projects.
Qualifications
- LMD Technicians need a minimum of six months or more of landscape field experience ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes in accordance with our production standards.
- Have a willingness to learn and improve processes.
- Be committed to safe practices.
- Strong plant identification skills (annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs) preferred.
- Two or four-year degree from an accredited college/university in Horticulture or related field is preferred.
- Wisconsin Pesticide Applicators License (Category 3.0) desired.
- Bilingual - proficient/fluent in Spanish is a plus.
- Required to possess and maintain valid, regular driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Required to successfully complete a preplacement physical (to include lifting 50 pounds) and drug screen .
Responsibilities
- Mowing Crew Technicians maintain lawns through mowing and trimming.
- Shape and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees.
- Perform seeding, sodding, and hydro-mulching tasks.
- Conduct spring and fall cleanups.
- Remove snow and ice from November through April (for hourly snow bonus).
Compensation
- Compensation for this position is based on LMD Technician industry experience levels I - III.
