This Landscape Project Manager role oversees daily field operations for commercial and residential landscape installation projects, ensuring jobs are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You’ll serve as the critical link between planning and field execution by coordinating crews, equipment, and materials.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate installation crews, specialized equipment, and materials across daily job sites.
- Manage job costs by tracking actual performance against initial estimated budgets.
- Identify field scope changes and successfully manage change orders.
- Monitor job-level gross margins and report variance trends directly to leadership.
- Lead client communication seamlessly from pre-construction alignment through final sign-off.
- Hire, coach, and manage field personnel to ensure safety compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of landscape-construction project-management experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Demonstrated experience handling snow operations and related removal equipment.
- Ability to read landscape blueprints and civil grading plans.
- Proficiency with landscape management software such as LMN, BobYard, or Google Suite.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record; a CDL is highly preferred.
- Professional fluency in English, with bilingual fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary between $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.
- Target performance incentive of approximately 10% of base compensation.
