Requirements for our Landscaping Account Manager include:
- 4+ years of experience in landscape maintenance position, including basic knowledge of plants and plant health;
- 5+ years experience in strong customer service position;
- 2+ years of sales experience;
- Proficient knowledge of landscape maintenance process, principals, materials, and tools;
- Valid drivers license and clear MVR.
Responsibilities of our Landscaping Account Manager including:
- Conducting regular site visits to client properties;
- Coordinating with clients regarding renewals and administering the renewal process;
- Communicating schedule changes on maintenance contracts;
- Responding to lawn care client questions and concerns;
- Traveling to client sites to view property, complete quality assurance and maintain strong relationships;
- Ensuring high retention rates for maintenance clients.
- Reviewing account results on a quarterly basis to assess results and profitability to support decisions at time of renewal;
- Identifying opportunities for enhancement projects during onsite client visits;
- Preparing estimates and proposals for enhancement sales;
- Completing all procurement needs for enhancement projects;
- Inspecting client sites on a weekly basis to ensure quality of work and proactively identify potential issues;
- Other duties as assigned.
