Landscape Design-Build Sales Consultant
This exciting opportunity focuses on driving revenue through the consultative sales of premium residential and commercial outdoor living projects. Reporting to executive leadership, the primary objective of this role is to transform client visions into executable, high-end landscape architecture and construction plans while effectively closing deals.

Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle sales from initial lead generation and on-site client consultations to contract closing for custom design-build landscape projects.
- Develop comprehensive estimates, budgets, and project proposals tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborate closely with in-house landscape designers and construction project managers to ensure seamless project handoffs and accurate execution.
- Manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients, conducting property evaluations and presenting design solutions with confidence and expertise.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with homeowners, commercial property managers, and industry partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate contract terms, set accurate project expectations, and guarantee customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales experience specifically within the landscaping, construction, or outdoor living industries.
- Strong working knowledge of landscape architecture, hardscaping materials, horticulture, and construction processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CRM platforms, estimating software, and basic design or drafting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent travel to local client sites.
- Self-motivated and highly organized work ethic, driven by a strong desire to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $50,000 - $75,000
