Job Description:
- Understand how to operate the latest smarts controllers in the market
- Layout and install new or renovate existing irrigation systems
- Troubleshoots irrigation systems to determine repair needs
- Trench, install and fit piping for irrigation systems
- Sets sprinkler heads and valve boxes
- Communicates with customers on a routine basis to ensure satisfaction with service and solves problems to foster a positive, long-term relationship
- Ensures irrigation jobs are managed within budget to meet or exceed all required financial performance metrics
- Adjust irrigation schedules to maximize capacity and efficiency of workflow
- Partner with crew members where needed on irrigation projects/jobs
- Provide some sales and setting of customer service appointments
- Must be able to operate smart phone and computer
- Effectively and efficiently communicate in English: verbally, electronically/digitally and in writing
- Operate trencher, small hand tools (power and manual), skid steer, sod cutter, dingo, air compressor with boring and piercing tool
