Segale Properties, a mid-sized commercial real estate company, is looking for a full-time **Landscaper -or- Landscaping Crew Lead** to join our team!

Responsibilities Include
- Landscape maintenance and general lawn care: mowing, weeding, edging, fertilizing, pruning, seeding, planting, irrigation, groundskeeping, and garden bed upkeep.
- Operate a wide variety of tools and equipment with commitment to safety, including properly cleaning, storing, and maintaining a variety of tools and equipment.
- Remove debris, trash, and litter from facilities and outdoor spaces.
- Work on a variety of landscape construction projects and being adaptable to day-to-day changes in work assignments and location.
- Complete work with a keen eye to detail and are always looking for ways to keep Segale properties looking their best.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Landscaping Crew Lead ONLY, Additional Responsibilities
- Set pace and motivate team to work with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality of work.
- Conduct before and after inspection of sites to identify successes and follow-up needed.
- Provide on-the-job training to build and reinforce skills as they are needed.
- Reinforce Segale's culture of safety, including the use of PPE.
- Reinforce the high standards, positive, and productive work environment required of everyone at Segale.
- Demonstrate leadership skills that foster a sense of purpose and encourages productivity and engagement.

Requirements
*Education, Experience*
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Washington State Driver's License and safe driving record. For insurance purposes, preference will be given to candidates at least 25 years of age.
- Experienced with outdoor landscape and/or general physical labor work.
*Workplace Safety*
- Punctual and reliable daily attendance and remaining alert throughout shift.
- Able to perform physically demanding daily work in various weather conditions. This includes lifting to 50 pounds, bending, turning, pushing, and pulling without limitations.
Landscaping Crew Lead ONLY Requirements
Commercial Pesticide Applicators License.
Strong knowledge of local plants and their proper planting, care, and pruning.
5+ years of commercial or high-end residential landscaping, including at least 1-2 years of overseeing other landscape cr
