What you’ll do:
• Prep and plan alongside our Project Manager, from concept to completion
• Get hands-on with organic installation and maintenance work — no synthetic chemicals, ever
• Learn the operational side: equipment care, truck/trailer handling, and jobsite logistics
• Build the skills and track record to grow into a Project Manager role
What we’re looking for:
• A strong work ethic and genuine care about doing the job right
• Landscaping experience is a plus; trailer/towing experience even more so
• Someone who wants more than a paycheck — a role with purpose and a future
