Role Description The Landscape Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. This team member supports commercial and residential projects by performing daily landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, weeding, and seasonal cleanups. The role includes assisting with irrigation checks and minor repairs, helping install new landscape features, and supporting landscape design implementation under the guidance of crew leaders and project managers. The Landscape Team Member is expected to maintain tools and equipment, follow safety guidelines, and ensure each property is clean, organized, and completed to company standards. Collaboration with fellow team members, punctual attendance, and a professional, respectful attitude toward clients and coworkers are essential.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping for both commercial and residential properties.
- Candidates should possess skills in Gardening and basic plant care, including planting, pruning, and seasonal upkeep.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Irrigation, such as system checks, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Landscape Design concepts and be able to support design implementation in the field.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions and to safely operate landscape tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in the Nashville Metropolitan Area are beneficial.
