- Organize daily operational plans, delegate specific tasks to team members, and enforce strict safety protocols.
- Supervise overall project quality, proactively resolve on-site challenges, and seamlessly modify project schedules when necessary.
- Serve as the primary field liaison, communicating project progress clearly to both clients and the Project Manager.
- Maintain exceptionally organized and safe job sites while meticulously tracking crew hours, project milestones, and material consumption for daily reporting.
- Execute hands-on landscape installation tasks alongside the team to ensure project deadlines and quality metrics are met.
- Deliver comprehensive on-the-job mentorship and training to crew members to elevate overall team capabilities.
