Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee multiple landscape and hardscape crews daily to ensure flawless execution and high-quality output.
- Coordinate project scheduling, equipment logistics, manpower, and material deliveries to maximize field efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Evaluate job progress, quality standards, and timelines through frequent site visits and field management systems like Jobber and CompanyCam.
- Collaborate with sales teams, office staff, and suppliers to proactively identify upsell opportunities, manage change orders, and mitigate potential field issues.
- Train, mentor, and hold field personnel accountable while ensuring all job sites remain clean, safe, and professional.
- Execute accurate administrative tracking for labor hours, project completion photos, and production goals.
- Drive winter operations by directing snow management protocols and emergency weather responses.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of landscaping, including experience in lawn care, hardscaping, and heavy equipment operation experience.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple crews and construction projects simultaneously.
- Ability to interpret landscaping plans, layouts, and job scopes.
- Comprehensive understanding of grading, drainage, planting, and general construction practices.
- Valid driver’s license required; a Chauffeur’s license must be obtained.
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
