Position Title: Landscape Technician
Reports To: Crew Leader / Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
The Landscape Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and enhancing high-quality residential and commercial landscapes. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally on every job site.
Key Responsibilities
• Install trees, shrubs, perennials, seasonal plantings, mulch, edging, decorative stone, drainage, and landscape lighting.
• Prepare planting beds, grade soil, and assist with hardscape installations.
• Perform pruning, trimming, weeding, and landscape maintenance.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and perform daily inspections.
• Follow company safety policies and maintain clean job sites.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate professionally.
Qualifications
Required: Valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, ability to work outdoors, dependable attendance.
Not Required, but Preferred: 1–3 years of landscape experience, equipment operation, ability to read plans, CDL, plant identification knowledge.
