Compensation & Benefits
- $21.00 – $32.00 per hour, determined by verified industry experience ($21.00–$24.00 for less than 3 years; $25.00–$32.00 for 3+ years).

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of watershed management Service Technicians in maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosion.
- Perform general environmental maintenance activities and extensive physical labor across a variety of weather conditions.
- Operate and maintain company equipment, including a pick-up truck, trailer, and landscaping tools such as weed eaters, blowers, mowers, shovels, and chainsaws.
- Maintain and improve storm drainage systems and ponds by effectively disposing of sediment, trash, and debris.
- Complete detailed maintenance and inspection reports while accurately tracking crew expenses.
- Travel regionally approximately 4-5 days per week to support ongoing operational needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating basic landscaping equipment.
- A minimum of two to three years of verifiable, directly related experience is required to qualify for the enhanced compensation tier.
- Ability to comfortably perform physical labor in a variety of outdoor weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel regionally, with all travel expenses fully covered by the employer.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, the ability to drive company vehicles, and insurability under the company's auto policy.
