Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crew Member located in Northwest Arkansas. The Crew Member will assist with outdoor projects, including landscaping, construction, and maintenance responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks may involve operating tools and equipment, following safety procedures, collaborating with team members, and ensuring top-tier results for clients. Working well with team members and respecting leadership and direction is a must. Additionally, Crew Members will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure project efficiency and safety.

Qualifications
- Ability to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently
- Experience or knowledge in landscaping, construction, or outdoor maintenance
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in variable conditions
- Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to project quality
- Basic understanding of sustainable practices and environmental considerations is a plus
- Availability to work full-time with flexibility for schedules as needed
- Pass a drug test
- Clean driving record and insurable
