FM Talent Partners are partnering with a rapidly growing and highly respected pest control organisation to identify a proven sales executive to lead their next phase of growth.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished VP of Sales who has a track record of building high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and developing scalable sales strategies within the pest control, route-based services, facilities services, home services, or related industries.
As Vice President of Sales, you will take ownership of the commercial strategy, lead a talented sales organisation, and play a key role in expanding market share across Florida and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute a high-growth sales strategy
✅ Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
✅ Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
✅ Build sales processes, forecasting models, and performance metrics
✅ Partner with executive leadership to deliver ambitious growth objectives
✅ Identify new market opportunities and strengthen customer relationships
Ideal Background:
⭐ Proven VP Sales / SVP Sales / Sales Director experience
⭐ Strong track record within pest control, home services, facilities services, landscaping, security, janitorial, or other recurring revenue models
⭐ Experience leading large sales teams and complex sales operations
⭐ Commercially driven with a builder mentality and growth mindset
⭐ Experience scaling organisations through periods of rapid expansion
Package:
💵 Up to $250,000 base salary
