This leadership role is responsible for driving daily field operations, mentoring crew members, and smoothly transitioning to the snow division during the winter months to guarantee true year-round employment.

Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and operate a dedicated crew focused on residential clients, executing maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, mulching, shrub and tree planting, and topsoil seeding.
- Coach, mentor, and provide hands-on guidance to crewmembers to foster a supportive and educational team environment.
- Operate necessary landscaping and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently across multiple job sites.
- Ensure all projects consistently meet the company's high standards of quality, safety, and integrity.
- Transition seamlessly into the snow and ice management division during winter months to support seasonal operations and guarantee year-round workflow.
Requirements
- Proven landscape maintenance knowledge paired with previous hands-on industry experience.
- Prior successful experience in crew leadership, team management, or a supervisory role.
- Demonstrated ability to safely and efficiently operate related landscaping equipment.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
