Requirements for our Landscaping Project Manager – Design Build
- 3+ years of experience in project management in landscaping, construction or a similar industry.
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Experience with large scale projects including commercial, municipal, or large residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction, design/build, horticulture, and hardscaping techniques.
Primary Responsibilities for our Landscaping Project Manager – Design Build
- Plan and oversee landscape projects from start to finish (site prep, hardscape, softscape, sod).
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and resources.
- Coordinate with designers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Order materials, arrange trucking, and manage equipment and site logistics.
- Monitor project budgets, labor hours, overtime, and material usage.
- Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage change orders and address on-site challenges proactively.
- Other duties as assigned.
