Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to assist with a variety of outdoor projects and property improvement work. This position involves landscaping, fencing, erosion control, and general land maintenance. The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to work outdoors, and able to perform physical labor in a hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with grassing, seeding, strawing, and mulching
- Perform erosion control installation and maintenance
- Help build and repair fencing
- Perform general landscaping and property maintenance
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
- Follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
Basic Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
- Experience with landscaping, land maintenance, or outdoor construction
- Experience with erosion control or grading projects
- Fence building experience
- Experience operating light heavy equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, tractors, or similar equipment preferred
Schedule
Monday - Friday (hours may vary depending on workload and weather)
Work Environment
- Outdoor work on large properties and job sites
- Physical, hands-on labor
