Pay
- Experienced Technicians: $25+/hour
- (fertilization, applications, or related experience)
- Entry-Level / Trainees: $18–$25/hour
- (paid training provided)
Schedule
- 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
- 10-hour shifts
- Occasional Fridays/Saturdays depending on weather
More consistency. More days off. Better work-life balance.
No Mowing. No Landscaping.
This is not a landscaping role. You’ll specialize in:
- Fertilization
- Weed control
- Lawn health treatments
What You’ll Do
- Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments to residential lawns
- Operate spreaders and sprayers
- Follow efficient, pre-planned daily routes
- Provide basic, professional customer communication
What You Need
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to be insured on a company vehicle
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors
Preferred (Not Required)
- Lawn care or fertilization experience
- PA Applicator License (or willingness to obtain)
