At Roebuck Landscaping, leadership is rooted in our five Core Values: Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, Determination, and Passion. As Regional Vice President of Carolinas & GA, you will be expected to:
- Act with Integrity by maintaining a high standard in performance, communication, and representation of the company
- Deliver Excellence by setting the standard for operational and team performance
- Foster Teamwork by aligning field, operations, and corporate functions
- Show Determination by navigating challenges and driving results
- Lead with Passion by investing in people and building strong teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of multi-site operational leadership in commercial landscaping, facilities services, or a comparable field services business.
- Demonstrated experience owning a multi-site P&L of $25M-$50M+; you understand the levers, you have hit the numbers, and you have done it in a field services environment where labor and equipment are the business.
- Proven track record of building and developing branch-level leaders — not just managing them.
- Deep industry knowledge: schedules and route management, labor efficiency, SOP development, equipment and asset management, sourcing and procurement, job costing and profitability, field leadership and performance evaluation, seasonality, customer satisfaction, and safety. Intimate familiarity with these — not surface-level awareness — is what makes or breaks accountability, process design, and performance tracking in this role.
- Demonstrated ability to build SOPs and systems from scratch, standardize them across multiple locations, and scale them as the business grows.
- Track record of identifying what is working in one location and replicating it across an operation.
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resourcefulness to maximize profitability.
- Comfortable in a PE-backed environment with real financial accountability and fast decision cycles.
- Experience integrating acquired companies into an existing operating platform preferred.
- Familiarity with Aspire or similar field service management software preferred.
- Existing relationships in the Carolinas or Georgia commercial property/landscape market preferred.
