The Opportunity
We are looking for a sales-focused leader to own and grow the Landscape Sales team. While a design background is valuable, it is not required- what matters most is your ability to lead, coach, and drive results in high-end home services sales.
You will develop and manage a team of consultants, estimators, and support staff, ensuring pipeline health, revenue growth, and a premium client experience from first contact to project handoff.
This role is ideal for someone with proven sales leadership experience in home services, landscaping, construction, or similar industries who thrives on building teams and exceeding goals.
Role Summary
As the Landscape Sales & Design Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and consulting team
- Own the full sales pipeline: lead → consult → proposal → project handoff
- Drive revenue, conversion, and profitability across high-end residential landscaping projects
- Ensure an exceptional client experience, from initial inquiry through to installation or maintenance
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to align sales efforts with project delivery
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor consultants, estimators, and administrative support
- Run weekly meetings reviewing pipeline, project status, and key performance metrics
- Coach and train the team to maximize sales performance and client satisfaction
Sales & Pipeline Management
- Own and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are followed, proposals are accurate, and conversions are maximized
- Track and report on KPIs, including revenue, conversion, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation with team capacity
Client Experience & Quality
- Ensure consistent, high-end client engagement
- Resolve escalated client concerns and maintain premium service standards
- Support the team in delivering proposals that meet profitability and brand standards
Operational Excellence
- Oversee CRM use, scheduling, documentation, and contracts
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution
Design Oversight (Optional)
- Guide design proposals as needed
- Collaborate with designers to ensure client expectations are met

- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Design experience is a plus, but not required
