Timberline Landscaping, LLC is an award-winning company serving Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas, “Creating your little bit of Heaven” for over 40 years. We offer a full range of services, including landscape design, construction, and maintenance.
The Account Manager is responsible for client satisfaction and serves as the face of the company for a portfolio of commercial and/or residential landscape maintenance contracts. This position is responsible for quality control of his/her properties, sales of property enhancements, and timely submission invoices and collections.
Duties & responsibilities:
• Ensures that customers are satisfied through effective communication, relationship building and regular site visits, as well as the ability to develop customer rapport
• Ensures quality expectations are being met and exceeded
• Communicate clients’ needs to the Field Supervisor
• Evaluate job cost on a weekly basis to ensure cost and times are within budget
• Invoicing of enhancement projects and timely collection of all monies owed for their portfolio of properties
• Estimate and negotiate contract renewals
• Propose estimates for enhancements to current maintenance contracts
• Provide direction to snow removal team on portfolio properties needs and quality control of sites during the storm
• Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands and Workplace Environment
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- This job is an indoor/outdoor job which will require time spent at a desk environment using a computer as well as exposure to varying weather conditions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Maintenance, or related field or a minimum of five years of relevant experience
• Strong customer service and sales background
• Must be highly adaptable to the kinds of change that comes along with working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Driven to pursue improvements and projects without substantial supervision
• Positive attitude with a professional demeanor and appearance, be team oriented, and be a strong role model for ethics and integrity
• Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines
• Proficient computer skills using a windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication skills; including writing, routine correspondence, reports, presenting to employees, and interpersonal communication
Desired qualities to include:
• Have or obtain Turf Grass Management certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of Aspire software
• Certifications in Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation
• Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record
