We are currently looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to spearhead the growth of our commercial and residential lawn maintenance division.

The Opportunity:
This is an active, field-based role perfect for a true sales "hunter." Your primary focus will be generating new business by connecting with property management companies, commercial property owners, and high-end residential clients.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Prospecting & Networking: Cold call, network, and open new doors to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct on-site visits, prepare accurate estimates, and present tailored proposals that solve client needs.
- Closing Deals: Turn new relationships into long-term, profitable lawn maintenance and landscape service contracts.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and upsell additional services to existing accounts.
- Quality Assurance: Perform occasional site walk-throughs to ensure our field crews are delivering the top-tier quality our clients expect.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A competitive, self-motivated drive to hunt for new business and exceed sales targets.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales, the landscaping industry, or the property management sector is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right professional!
Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation structure that rewards your hustle.
- Base Salary: $800 – $1,200 per week ($41,600 – $62,400/year), based on experience.
- Commission: Lucrative commission structure based on your sales performance—the sky is the limit!
