Landscape Account Manager

This position is primarily a sales role that involves communicating in a timely manner with both existing and new landscaping customers to manage their accounts and enhance their properties. The ideal candidate will nurture existing client relationships, generate new business from sales leads, and provide oversight and management of the lawn and plant healthcare division.
Responsibilities
- Track weekly sales and lead prospecting activity.
- Sell enhancements, landscape maintenance services, snow management, lawn maintenance, and plant healthcare.
- Prepare and present project proposals to customers in-person.
- Ensure timelines, profitability, and client satisfaction on all enhancement projects.
- Work with teams to ensure that client and Company expectations have been met.
- Train and supervise crews while working with the Operations Manager and project manager to facilitate safety and operational training.
- Lead and manage direct reports to ensure high levels of accountability.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as an Account Manager within the landscape or maintenance industry.
- Demonstrated ability to nurture existing client relationships while generating new business from sales leads.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, supervise, and hold direct reports accountable.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both new and existing customers.
- A solid understanding of landscape maintenance, plant health care, enhancements, and snow management.
- Confidence and proficiency in preparing and presenting project proposals in-person.
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience.
