Ed Barant, founder of TruGreen 51 years ago, started All Green Corporation in 1987. As Ed will be retiring from his career in the next 2-4 years, he would like to develop All Green into a quality employee-owned, legacy company in which all tenured employees with 24 months or more of continuous employment become vested in the company.
Ed’s plan is for the employee team to own 81% of the stock, with 19% of the financial gains going to his alma mater, Michigan State University. We plan to build a sustainable, perpetuating chemical lawn care company dedicated to providing effective, reliable, and results-driven solutions for residential and commercial properties. We pride ourselves on strong customer relationships, consistent service quality, and a commitment to expanding our brand presence in competitive markets.
POSITION SUMMARY
All Green Corporation is seeking an experienced director of sales to serve as a senior equity partner responsible for customer growth. The ideal candidate understands and has experience with the procedures for training salespeople to add 15 or more new accounts each week in a financially responsible manner. Our goal is to grow our sales team from today’s 8 positions to 24 over the next 2 seasons, with a plan to increase to 100 sales positions over the next 4-5 years.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Marketing experience in the lawn care industry is required
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
COMPENSATION
• Competitive salaried position at 45 hours a week, with a large upside equity package for the right candidate.
