Purpose of the Role
The Foreman is the jobsite execution leader. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to Scapes’ quality and safety standards. The Foreman owns daily field operations, crew leadership, and accurate job tracking while working within established systems and job plans.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver projects within 10% of planned timeline and labor budget
- Run an organized, productive jobsite daily (on-time starts, clear tasks, steady production)
- Meet Scapes quality standards with no recurring rework
- Enforce safety with zero preventable incidents
- Complete 100% accurate daily time and labor tracking in LMN
- Lead and hold crew accountable (task assignment, performance correction, training)
- Communicate job status early and clearly (weekly updates; immediate escalation when off track)
