Job Title: Executive Account & Operations Manager – High-End Commercial Landscaping
Location: Southern Oklahoma
Company: Willis Commercial Landscaping LLC
Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000
Starting Date: April/May 2026
Position Overview
We are seeking an Executive-Level Account Manager to oversee all aspects of a multi-million dollar high-touch commercial landscape management contract on a single, large campus in Southern Oklahoma.
This role is responsible for leading people, managing operations, protecting the client relationship, and ensuring the property is maintained at an exceptional standard year-round. The position requires broad familiarity across horticulture, irrigation, turfgrass, and landscape operations, combined with strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Our expectation is excellence in leadership, strong operational instincts, and high-level technical understanding — not personal mastery of every technical discipline. Success in this role comes from leading people and coordinating specialists, not personally performing every task.
Important Note:
We do not expect to find a candidate who is an expert in every technical area listed below. However, you must be familiar enough with each discipline to communicate effectively at a high level with support staff and specialists. Transparency is critical—candidates must clearly communicate which areas are not personal strengths so we can identify where additional internal support will be provided.
