Position Overview
The Landscape Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape maintenance/snow/enhancement operations, client satisfaction, team leadership, and operational efficiency. This role plays a key part in advancing our mission of providing world-class service while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Relationship Management
- Build, strengthen, and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
- Manage contract renewals and cultivate long-term client partnerships.
- Identify enhancement opportunities that improve property safety, visual appeal, and functionality.
Operational & Team Leadership
- Oversee and support operations managers, supervisors, foremen, and maintenance crews across landscape, snow, and enhancement services.
- Ensure all equipment, materials, and crews depart on schedule and are properly prepared for daily operations.
- Monitor quality, productivity, and service standards; participate actively in employee training and development.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, enforcing safe work practices and promoting a safety-first culture.
Financial & Project Management
- Utilize CRM software (Aspire) to manage schedule boards, work tickets, and operational data.
- Conduct job performance reviews and analyze operational results to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and recommendations for landscape enhancements.
Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members to ensure successful project execution.
- Support additional assignments as directed by the Vice President and General Manager.
