Director of Sales Leadership – City Wide Franchise

City Wide is growing — and we’re seeking a hands-on Director of Sales Leadership to elevate the performance of our sales teams. This role is all about building, teaching, and directly impacting results — perfect for someone who thrives on rolling up their sleeves and making a difference.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver scalable sales training and coaching programs that strengthen skills and drive measurable results.
- Dive deep into Sandler sales methodology and coach teams on real-world application.
- Build and manage dashboards and analytics (Power BI preferred) to monitor performance, adoption, and ROI.
- Partner with sales leaders and franchise owners to refine processes, identify skill gaps, and accelerate success.
- Create and maintain sales tools, playbooks, and enablement content that empower field teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in sales enablement, B2B sales leadership, or training, ideally within a multi-location or franchise environment.
- Proven experience building and scaling enablement programs from the ground up.
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools to visualize performance and guide strategy.
- Deep understanding of sales process and methodology, particularly Sandler, with the ability to teach effectively.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills with a collaborative, data-driven mindset.
- Candidates with B2B sales experience and strong process-oriented backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
