Outside Sales Representative – A Quality Facility Services (AQFS)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000
Bonuses: Average $20,000
Commission Potential: Up to
$100,000+ annually when goals are met
Total Potential Earnings: $190,000+ / year

What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Executive Sales Team, you will:
- Develop and execute your own strategic sales plan to drive new business in target industries including healthcare, hospitality, commercial offices, industrial facilities, and education.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape short- and long-term sales and marketing strategies.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Partner with the operations team to develop estimates and prepare professional proposals.
- Represent AQFS at networking events, association meetings, and industry gatherings.
- Take full ownership of hitting monthly and annual growth targets.
- Stay on top of industry trends, market changes, and competitive insights to help keep AQFS a market leader.

What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of sales experience in janitorial or related industries (HVAC, landscaping, paving, building services, etc.) preferred
- Proven success in closing deals and building high-value relationships
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
- Strong sales instincts with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver smart solutions
- A motivated, self-driven, goal-oriented mindset — someone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Estimating experience is a plus, but not required
