Regional Account Manager – Reading, PA location
This is an exciting and rare opportunity within a rapidly expanding company, offering abundant prospects for both financial and professional advancement.
We’re looking for a charismatic, motivated sales professional who builds strong relationships and knows how to close deals.

What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a defined sales territory primarily within the Eastern U.S. Time Zone.
- Develop and manage relationships with fence contractors, general contractors, home builders, and specifiers.
- Lead the sales cycle from initial inquiry through design/specification, bidding, procurement, and installation.
- Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy, product development, and market insights.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining detailed records and activity tracking within our CRM.
- Occasional travel for key meetings, training, or events — but this role is primarily office-based.
Who You Are

- Highly organized and self-disciplined, with strong task management and attention to detail.

Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of sales or account management experience — ideally in construction products, building materials, or architectural components.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and project-based selling.
- Background in exterior wall systems, cladding, fencing, or similar is a major plus.
- Based in or near Reading, PA, or willing to relocate.
Territory
You’ll manage accounts and support project opportunities throughout the Eastern U.S. Time Zone
