Job Summary

Grounds Guys is looking for energetic, reliable, and motivated team leaders to join our growing landscaping crew. As a Landscaping Team Leader, you’ll be the hands-on help that makes our clients’ lawns and outdoor spaces shine. This is a physical job that keeps you moving and outdoors — perfect for anyone who prefers a field job to a desk one.

What You’ll Do:

Manage landscaping and lawn maintenance projects at both residential and commercial properties
Drive truck and trailer
Operate basic landscaping equipment
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Help organize and maintain equipment after jobs
Be a dependable, supportive teammate every day
Help train team members as needed
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Someone who enjoys physical, outdoor work
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift 35–80 lbs regularly
Valid Ohio driver’s license and clean driving record
Past experience as a landscaper.
