We're looking for team members who are passionate about creating beautiful lawns and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. With over 6,000 clients through CT and NY, 5 locations and 130 employees. We are looking for new team members who want to learn, grow, and help us remain the premier lawn service provider in the Northeast USA.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or eager to learn a trade, we want to hear from you! While experience in landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, or construction is a plus, it's not required. We're committed to training and developing our team members, offering a clear career path with opportunities for advancement and increased earning potential. A solid work ethic and a desire to grow as a person is essential. If you don’t have experience, that’s okay. You’d start at $20/hour with quick raises available once you learn the position and gain the proper licenses (all of which we help you with). If you DO have experience with other lawn care or landscaping companies (or similar), you’d be able to start at a higher wage depending on that experience.

Bonus Points
