Oversee, an award winning vacation rental company, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Landscaper. We are looking to assign roughly 3 commercial, and 3 residential properties to this full-time position. As the Landscaper, you will be responsible for performing a variety of landscaping tasks, including scheduling, purchasing, fertilizing, repairing irrigation, mowing, trimming, planting, and maintaining flower beds and gardens.

Responsibilities

Mow, trim, and edge lawns
Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
Perform regular maintenance of landscapes, including weeding, watering, and fertilizing
Ensure that landscapes are clean and free from debris
Assist with landscape design and installation projects
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools

Requirements

Prior experience in landscaping or a related field
Knowledge of plants, flowers, and landscaping maintenance techniques
Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools
Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
