About the Role

Noosh Stump Removal & Landscape Restoration is looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscaper to join our team in Salem. We specialize in helping homeowners restore and renew their properties. We focus on high-quality restoration work that requires craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

This position starts as Part-Time, with the opportunity to move into Full-Time hours as we head into the busy season.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently on some projects and collaborate effectively on larger jobs. While this is a landscaping role, we give strong preference to candidates with experience in:

Tree Care & Pruning: Knowledge of proper trimming and pruning techniques.
Climbing/Rigging: Experience assisting with or performing tree climbs.
Stump Grinding: Ability to safely operate grinding machinery.

Responsibilities

Landscape Restoration: Perform comprehensive restoration tasks to renew residential properties.
Project Execution: Complete assigned projects from start to finish with high precision.
Site Assessment: Evaluate site conditions and recommend safe, effective solutions.
Communication: Speak clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
Safety & Integrity: Maintain a clean, professional, and safe job site at all times.

Qualifications

Previous professional landscaping experience is REQUIRED.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Ability to troubleshoot on the fly and take initiative without constant supervision.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
