The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Landscaping.

Essential Functions

Oversee multi-site operations requiring travel between sites.
Skilled in troubleshooting property issues.
Skilled in resolving basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues.
Perform simple repairs around the properties.
Overall maintenance of the properties.
Develop and establish routines for maintaining standard building maintenance.

Competencies

Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather requiring physical stamina.
Strong Problem-solving skills.
Ability to be self-sufficient in completing tasks in a timely manner.
A good communicator.
Successfully pass a background screen and pre-employment drug screen.
Valid Driver’s License.
Ability to multitask
