McNelly Services Inc., a leading provider of commercial snow and ice management solutions in the greater metropolitan area, is currently seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team. Responsibilities and Duties:

Ø Enforce, develop, and implement safety programs/policies to safeguard staff well-being.

Ø Supervise seasonal staff to fulfill contracts and surpass customer expectations.

Ø Commitment to working extended hours, as necessary, throughout the season (October-April).

Ø Create operational strategies for the department, including snow clearing, salting, and walk route planning.

Ø Procure equipment, labor, subcontractors, and salt based on projected growth.

Ø Develop and oversee pre, post, and in-season operational and property inspection plans for the Seasonal Winter division.

Ø Efficiently manage the operations platform.

Ø Ensure prompt resolution of customer requests/concerns to achieve 100% satisfaction.

Ø Proactively manage staffing and equipment requirements for each weather event, adapting as necessary to provide optimal customer experience.

Ø Propose innovative ideas to enhance the division.

Ø Reports to the Director of the Snow and Ice Management Division

Qualifications and Skills:

Ø 3-5 years of experience in operations and management.

Ø Experience in snow and ice management required.

Ø Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills.

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Ø Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ø Ability to oversee multiple crews and tasks concurrently.

Ø Adaptability to changing conditions, coordinating effectively with frontline workers.

Ø Willingness to work long hours during winter weather storm management operations.

Ø Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Ø Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
