About the Role:

Landscape Images, Ltd. is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to help maintain beautiful residential properties across the New Orleans area. This is not a mow-and-go position. Our maintenance work is detail-oriented and serves clients who expect their landscapes to be carefully maintained, polished, and professionally presented.

Our maintenance work requires a careful eye, strong work ethic, and basic plant knowledge. We are looking for someone who can help maintain polished, healthy landscapes through bed care, pruning, seasonal color, planting, cleanup, and overall attention to detail.

What this Role Requires:

At least 2 years of recent, hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, fine gardening, landscape installation, or a closely related field.
Basic knowledge of plants, shrubs, seasonal color, and landscape bed care
Experience with tasks such as pruning, weeding, mulching, planting, cleanup, edging, and detailed property maintenance.
Ability to work outdoors in New Orleans weather and perform physical work throughout the day
Ability to follow direction, work well with a crew, and maintain professional standards on client properties
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be 21 or older and able to pass background and drug screenings.

What You’ll Do

Maintain detailed residential landscapes to company standards
Perform planting, pruning, mulching, weeding, edging, seasonal color changes, and general landscape upkeep
Assist with landscape installation work as needed
Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly
Keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized
Communicate professionally with supervisors, foremen, team members, and clients when needed
Represent the company well on some of the finest residential properties in the New Orleans area.
