Job Summary

The Landscape Architect is a key member of our team, responsible for leading and managing complex landscape architecture projects from inception to completion. This role requires a combination of strong design skills, project management expertise, and client relationship management to deliver exceptional results

Responsibilities And Duties

Serve as lead designer/planner on a variety of project scales
Lead design concepts from initial planning through detailed design and construction administration
Demonstrate leadership by driving project success through exceptional design, documentation, planning, business development, and/or project management
Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, clients, and the public.
Foster mentorship and development of junior staff

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
Licensed Landscape Architect (or ability to obtain licensure)
5+ years of landscape architecture experience
Proven project management skills, including experience with project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Civil 3D, Rhino or Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Past experience in planning and developing projects from the conceptual design phase through constructiondocumentation

Desired Skills

Experience in sustainable design and LEED certification
Knowledge of construction practices and materials
Experience in business development and proposal writing
