Position Summary

The position generates revenue and/or profit margin in assigned industrial accounts, product lines or territories. Interacts with established customers and develops new prospects.

Principle Accountabilities

Ensures high post-sales satisfaction facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
Establishes account and territory sales plans to meet annual, quarterly, or monthly goals.
Maintains knowledge of all major product lines and the specifications of each. Prices items and accessories, and produces estimates and quotes.
Prepares sales report regarding quotes and sales activity for Sales Manager.
Manages contacts and opportunity pipeline using the Companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Produces quotes using the Companys Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
Participates in entertainment functions with customers, trade shows and seminars.

Position Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated sales experience. Other desired qualifications include:

3+ years of experience in outside sales.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction management from an accredited university, or equivalent precast/construction work experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Email, Spreadsheet, Word Processor).
Strong communications skills to include both verbal and written communication.
