Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role involves a mix of horticultural maintenance (plants/lawn) and hardscape construction (patios/walkways/retaining walls). The ideal candidate has experience with heavy machinery and a strong work ethic for outdoor labor

Pay fluctuates with experience.

Responsibilities

Perform landscape maintenance tasks including Pruning, Clean Ups, Planting, etc.
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects.
Assist in the installation of features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
Collaborate with team members on projects to improve outdoor spaces.
Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites.
Hardscape Installation: Assist in the construction of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and fire pits using materials like pavers, natural stone, and timber.
Site Preparation: Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and plate compactors to grade soil and prepare base layers.
Softscape Maintenance: Perform lawn care including mowing, edging, mulching, and weeding.
Planting: Install trees, shrubs, and flowers according to landscape design plans.
Clean-up: Ensure job sites are kept clean and safe; perform seasonal spring and fall clean-ups.
Equipment Care: Conduct routine maintenance on hand and power tools to ensure they remain in good working condition.

Requirements

Proven experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred.
Driver's License Preferred
Ability to operate heavy equipment related to landscaping tasks.
Strong understanding of landscape designs.
Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
