Collects information from customers to determine their landscaping project needs to submit to the designers.
Answers customers questions about services and availability
Recommends services to customers based on their needs and interests.
Sets appointments to visit a customers property and walk through the customers ideas and wants for the landscaping project.
Prepares sales contracts for orders obtained and submits orders for processing.
Measures and assesses customer and employee satisfaction.
Consults with customers after sales or contract signings in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Contacts regular and prospective customers to explain service features and solicit orders.
Manages the sales pipeline data in the CRM and ensures information is updated as prospect evolves through the sales process.
Gathers data on competitors and analyzes their prices, sales and method of marketing and distribution.
Performs all other duties as assigned. **Requirements:**
Minimum 2 years experience landscaping or grounds keeping
Work successfully with limited supervision
Valid drivers license
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Work in a fast-paced environment
Analyze diverse problems and consistently make proper decisions
Familiarity with CRM's like HubSpot
