Position: Landscaping Foreman

Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH

Job Summary:Required Skills:

5+ years of landscaping experience REQUIRED

Ability to be on your feet for the entire workday in all weather conditions
Experience leading a crew of 2-4 crew members.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the workday in all weather conditions
Ability to work overtime
Punctual with a clean/professional appearance
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience with customer service and engagement
Ability to pass a drug test & background check (No felonies)
Experience with power/hand tools (trimmers, chainsaws, etc.)
Experience with with landscaping machinery (skid steer, tractor, walk behind, bed edger, zero turn mowers, etc.)
Experience with bed enhancements inc. plants, flowers, trees, mulching, new turf lawn, etc
Experience with irrigation repair- nice to have, not a must
Experience with mulch/gravel/plants/lawn installation
Experience of at least 5 years with snow plowing with a truck and/or machinery
Experience with operating various snow equipment (V-Plow, snow-rator, snow blower, salt box)

Preferred Experience

Light Construction- Patio, gazebo, retaining wall, fencing, draining solutions is a bonus to have
