Requirements

Strong knowledge of construction details
Competency in 2D construction documents (Landscape, Site, Survey, and Civil)
A creative and problem-solving mindset
Demonstrates self-motivation and can confidently add creative ideas designs
Positive work ethic and shall have the ability to work independently as well as within a team structure
Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate with multiple disciplines and clients
Ability to travel to conduct and document field visits and site investigation
Strong AutoCAD skills (2014 or later) required
Adobe Photoshop and Trimble Sketchup skills a plus
LandFX a plus
Lumion a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

Responsibilities:

Education Requirements: MUST HAVE a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a major in Landscape Architecture. **Please note- We are not an architecture firm.
