🌟 Position: Lawn Care & Turf Specialist (Residential Spray Focus)

This isn’t your typical field technician role. We’re seeking professionals who want to:

Make a tangible impact — help homeowners achieve healthier, more beautiful lawns

As our Lawn Care & Turf Specialist, you’ll:

Apply professional treatments for turf fertilization, weed control, insect control, and soil enhancement
Diagnose issues and help educate customers on best practices for lawn health
Represent the company with pride — professional, courteous, and reliable service
Work outdoors across residential service routes in the North Texas area
Treat between 20-25 residential properties per day averaging 5,500 SqFt.

This role blends hands-on turf care with customer engagement — perfect for someone who loves both problem-solving and being active.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range:

💵 $17.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on skills & experience).
