Berwick Care is seeking a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Bank Gardener to join our team during the peak gardening season. You'll play a key role in maintaining the beauty and safety of our grounds, ensuring a welcoming and well-kept environment for all.

This is an ad-hoc, flexible role on a zero-hour contract, perfect for someone who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in keeping gardens and green spaces looking their best.

Key Responsibilities

General garden maintenance including:
Hedge trimming
Weeding and planting
Strimming and mowing
Keeping outdoor areas tidy and safe at all times
Assisting with seasonal planting and landscaping tasks
Supporting with any other groundskeeping or ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience desirable
Ability to use garden tools and equipment safely
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Comfortable with outdoor, physical work in all weather conditions
Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis depending on seasonal needs
