Job Duties:

Develop, present, and sell creative and functional interior plant designs/proposals as well as interior holiday decor to meet departmental budgeted sales goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through prompt communication, regular site-visits, and check-ins
Coordinatewith perishable and hardgood product Buyers and Installation team to ensure timely and accurate implementation proposals
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Participate in marketing initiatives, including assisting with the creation of promotional materials and campaigns

Qualifications:

Strong sales, customer service, and organizational skills
Prompt communication and ability to give work direction
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines
Knowledge of interior plants, common pests and diseases
Knowledge of maintenance/installation for commercial/business applications
Proficient in interior design and professional design presentations
