We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Arborist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient removal of trees, along with conducting tree trimming, pruning, and other maintenance tasks as needed. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Assess trees for health and viability, determining the best methods for removal or maintenance.
Safely cut down trees using chainsaws and other equipment, ensuring minimal impact on surrounding structures and vegetation.
Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and improve aesthetics.
Maintain and operate tree care equipment proficiently and safely.
Work collaboratively with team members, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding tree care practices, recommendations, and project progress.
Install new trees and perform general landscape maintenance as required.

Qualifications

Experience in tree removal, trimming, and general arboriculture is preferred.
Knowledge of tree species, diseases, and proper care techniques.
Familiarity with safety practices and regulations in tree care.
Certification or license in arboriculture is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and at various heights.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
Comfortable working at heights using ladders or aerial lifts.
