Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the landscape maintenance branch, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of landscape professionals, including technicians, supervisors, and administrative staff.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and standards to optimize productivity and service quality.
- Monitor and manage branch budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and operational planning.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, horticulture, and irrigation systems.
